Diamond Tattoos requires a deposit for all scheduled tattoos. Deposits will only be accepted after you have spoken with us and we have confirmed a day and time for you. The appointment will be saved for 48 hours while we wait for you to use this deposit form. After that, the appointment will be released to other clients if you have not completed your deposit.

Your deposit is applied to the cost of the tattoo on the day that it is completed, unless you cancel with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice or if you are a no-show. In the event of a cancellation with less than 72 hours notice or if you are a no-show, the deposit is forfeited. Please be mindful that deposits are nonrefundable - so be certain you are ready for your tattoo before you make your deposit!

Diamond Tattoos is extremely cautious and takes germs and infection risks seriously. If you are sick or contagious in any way please call us to cancel your appointment and we will discuss your deposit at that time.
